Job responsibilities

As Controller Finance & Administration, you will be the first point of contact for the financial team. You will be Responsible for the controls on business process. You will interact and support the commercial departments by participating in financial activities with suppliers and customers.

 

Main responsibilities :

  • Prepare financial reports, maintain relations with investment and banking communities, advise management of financial affairs and assist in long-range planning.
  • Perform a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections. Develop and evaluate financial plans and policies. Establish and maintain accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
  • Advise for the healthy financial growth of the company and adequate risk management.
  • Prepare Salaries & social security, bonuses, pensions and other employee benefits, employment contracts.

 

Required skills

  • Master degree in Finance or Economics or similar area
  • 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
  • Strong affinity with ICT in both use and thinking in solutions, Extensive knowledge of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.
  • Languages: French – Dutch & English (good written and spoken skills, must be able to hold a conversation)
  • Working independently and efficiently, Strong analytical and Proactive
  • Combine flexible attitude with a hands-on mentality
  • Knowledge of project administration is a plus
  • Team player
  • Good communicative skills
